  It isn't just your download with the problem. The entire download section is
  having the server problem. Nothing can be
  downloaded here. Hopefully they will have
  the problem solved in a short while.

  I'm guessing that you really haven't tried to
  download it then, because all of the downloads
  are working if you enter the correct login and password.
  I just tried this one and it works just fine.
